New Virtual Accounting Experience With a Personal Touch
Right Here in Australia
Imagine an opportunity to do your personal or business tax returns in a contactless environment, like the comfort of your home or office….while spending the same or (even less time) than you do now.
Better still… we may even reduce what you spent last year.
So ask yourself….do you have COVID-19 concerns when you plan your next visit to your current accountant?
Maybe you have a new set of tax deduction questions when it comes to claiming home office expenses post COVID-19.
You may face a bigger challenge of potentially finding a new accountant that can offer secure contactless accounting services.
Easy fix.
The Choice Accounting Zoom Experience can reduce any stress and tax frustration.
Zoom your tax returns in 2020. Today
Book your 60 minute Zoom call – Maximise your tax refund with help from our tax experts.
This is how it works
1.
Contact our office & book in a time to complete your tax return with one of our qualified local accountants.
(we are open extended trading hours, including Saturdays over tax time)
2.
Our client services manager will email you a new client setup form (to be completed and sent back prior to
your meeting) and a tax return checklist to help you collate all your tax paperwork for our online meeting.
3.
Download the free Zoom app on either a laptop / computer, tablet or smartphone.
4.
We will send you a link / invitation to join a secure meeting where we will work through all your tax
questions and complete your tax return for you. Once completed, we will then share the screen with you where
you can see your completed tax return and review it together.
5.
Then we will email you a copy for you to have on file, sign the declaration (electronic signature is fine) and
send back the signed paperwork for our secure lodgement with the ATO.
6.
We will then send you an electronic invoice with a secure payment gateway via Quickfee (ASX listed
company) where you can enter your preferred payment method using our secure payment gateway.
7.
Once we have received the signed paperwork back and confirmation of payment, we will then lodge your
tax return using our direct ATO connection gateway. The ATO should then process your Tax Return within 2
weeks and pay any refunds due into your bank account and upload your Notice of Assessment to your MyGov
account, or mail it to you.
